"My heart, Unlock" Ikuto said as he Character Transformed with Yoru

Hoshina sighed and backed away, "Deal with him quickly" 

Kukkai Character Transformed into Sky X Jack.

 

Kukkai went on his skateboard and hovered in the air. "What now, Kukkai Souma!?" Ikuto yelled to him.

Kukkai held out his hand, "Vanish" he said as the purple attack that came from X eggs came from his hands. Ikuto dodged and jumped in the air,

'Slash Claw' Ikuto said as he did his attack but missed.

Before he could land on his two feet on the ground, Kukkai used the same attack again but more powerful on him, it made Ikuto have a bad landing on the ground.

Amu got up, she stood there watching the battle, knowing that if she tried to do anything, she'd be in the way.  

Kukkai suddenly went to direct his attack at Amu but before he could, he was distracted so Ikuto used Slash Claw on him, he fell off his air borne skateboard and to the ground. 

"Kukkai!" Amu yelled as she began to run over to him,

"go" Hoshina said as he sent X eggs straight at Amu, in seconds Kukkai went in front of Amu and blocked them. 

"What are you doing!?" Hoshina said to Kukkai

Kukkai gritted his teeth, "I don't want any part in your schemes, I never did and they shouldn't be involved either!"

"You really need to learn obedience. Maybe this will help" Hoshina said as he clicked a button on a strange device. 

Suddenly sparks of electricity came from Kukkai's device. He screamed in pain and fell on his hands and knees.

"Kukkai!" Amu yelled running to him

"don't.." Ikuto began to say

As soon as she got too close she got electric shocked. She felt useless, not being able to do anything. It all stopped, "now, what will you do? Souma-kun?" Hoshina asked.

Kukkai already on his hands and knees, sweat going down his face as he tried to breathe. "I will protect them." he said

"stubborn" Hoshina said as he clicked the button again

Seeing and hearing Kukkai in so much pain, Amu couldn't take it.

"Stop! please stop!" She screamed at Hoshina with wide eyes, almost filling with tears, "you're hurting him! Stop..." 

"at this rate he'll..." Ikuto trailed off and looked at his stepfather. 

before he could do anything more with the device, Ikuto used slash claw and broke it in half. 

Kukkai was still in pain, but Amu knew what she had to do. She came closer to him and hugged him 

"I should have realized your pain, I'm sorry Kukkai" she whispered and tried her best and after a moment removed the microchip from Kukkai's neck. Amu tossed the device away and Ikuto stepped on it, ensuring it was no longer working. Ikuto was about to react to Hoshina but then Amu screamed out,

"Kukkai!?" 

He looked over then glanced back and Hoshina was gone, "That damn coward" Ikuto said under his breath and then looked over again at Amu and Kukkai

Kukkai was laying down, his head on Amu's lap,she was sitting on her knees.  

She looked down seeing Kukkai in such a state her eyes went blurry, trying to fight back tears,

"Kukkai?" she whispered. "Kukkai?" Her eyes widened and tears streamed down her face falling onto his. "Kukkai!" She cried out, her hand on his cheek, whilest she leant over him. 

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, Kukkai" she whispered. "In the end, this is all my fault..."
